Very Good English/ Very Professional/Very Knowledgeable- I contacted Car Care Center regarding 5 warning lights that were turned on after getting my brake pads replaced at the auto repair center on Clay Kaserne. After being told that the place that created the issue could not repair it, I researched in Americans in Wiesbaden Facebook page and saw several recommendations for Care Care Center. I called and they told me to come in today. At first Adam told me it would take about three days. I was not aware of this. However, once he conducted the diagnostic he was able to repair the vehicle right then!! He test drove the vehicle to ensure that the issue was truly corrected. It took less than 3 minutes and all of my warning lights were off. If you have an issue with your vehicle don't hesitate to contact Car Car Center. Oh and I am female and was able to handle this alone!
